My strength lies in my ability to steer the conversations away from those scenarios to a more equal footing in the Mediation itself.
Prior to agreeing to mediate a family matter, I will conduct an intake interview with each party – should I feel that mediation is not a suitable process, I will advise all parties of same, and will suggest other possible avenues that may be more appropriate.
MEDIATION FEES:
Initial meeting (by phone or in person) – NO CHARGE. $290 per hour (prepaid, split between parties unless otherwise agreed) plus any agreed upon expenses e.g. room rentals. Minimum 3 hours (Including 1-hour review and preparation time – additional hours billed as above, upon agreement of the parties).
